May you love yourself the way you are, women! Not just today, but everyday.
May you pamper and appreciate yourself.
May you always know your worth.
May you access your power.
May you take care of yourself, your body, your mental health.
May you sit in silence and breathe deeply and consciously.
May you be good to yourself and forgive yourself for the mistakes you made and the ones you will make. It’s ok, you’re human.
May you pay attention to the stories you tell yourself in your mind – most of the times they’re not true.
May you see how everybody reacts and says things through the lense of their own experiences and how this has nothing to do with you personally.
May you learn your own reactions and automatic responses through self-observation and may you slowly take control over them.
May you be open to learn new things and may you accept different opinions.
May you impose boundaries to those around you, not letting them treat you without respect.
May you say no clearly and bluntly when you know there is something you don’t want to do or say.
May you consciously give yourself value, without relying solely on the opinions of others.
May you work hard. May you build skills. May you learn how to use tools to overcome obstacles.
May you develop your personality in as many directions as possible: may you be a woman, a mother, sister, friend, speaker of truth, thinker of correct things, doer of as much good as possible, explorer, worker, caretaker, cheerleader, leader, art&music&nature lover, wearer of shoes and multiple hats.
Be honest with yourself and dare to be you, without explaining yourself, without justifying yourself if you do something different.
May you be seen and heard.
May you see and hear.
May you feel grateful, because the emotion of gratitude is incredibly powerful.
May you all find your happiness and keep it as long as possible.
And may you find it often, because happiness does not only come once.
Happy Women’s day!
