We love coffee. Every time we are a bit tired and planning to get a lot of things done, a cup of coffee (or 2) makes this possible.
Just like we did, you might have for sure noticed that a cup of coffee outside of the home starts with minimum 3$, whether at Starbucks or some other gourmet coffee place.
I ran the math through my head and I realized that constantly having coffee outside of the house is a huge no-go if we want to stay out of debt and save money. Think about it. If we buy a 4 $ coffee, let´s say 5 times a week, in a year that costs us 1040 $! And that is per person, so if both you and your partner drink coffee, you´ll have to double that amount.
With this new information in mind, we decided to break this habit. First of all, we got stainless steel travel mugs to pack our own coffee when we go out. Secondly, we purchased our own coffee machine. To make the place as appealing and cozy as possible, I have been now consistently thinking about setting up a coffee station or coffee bar in our kitchen.
So, not surprisingly, I went to Pinterest and Etsy and found some beautifully put together coffee stations for inspiration. It surely doesn’t have to be anything super expensive. This is actually something that can be well done on a budget as well.
What is surely important is to create a dedicated place where everything coffee related will be placed. This is so much more enticing and it creates a small daily ritual that is also aesthetically pleasing.
I selected some of the ones that I liked and I’ve put them together to share with some of you coffee lovers.
